Why do some people's farts smell like hard-boiled eggs? Is it hereditary? My aunt and I both get them?
Answers: Flatulence can be caused by air being swallowed, by eating large meals, drinking thru a straw. However, most often it is produced by bacteria fermenting undigested carbohydrates in the colon.
Foods high in fiber are the worst offenders.

I do not know the reason, just the effect. My doctor suggested a sandy stuff often given to older people, but that was useless, so it does not matter what the name was. (Metrical?)
A change of diet helped the most. I moved to the Philippines and had almost no gas until recently. I have not figured out what changed, except I started taking Colloidal Silver about a month ago. Maybe that is it!
In the past, I fund that a banana a day was my worst enemy. I like bananas! After removing the Banana completely from my diet, the gas was reduced considerable. Still had problems with some minor gas, but the frequent bad smelly was gone.
Try a diet of rice smothered with a juice of some sort, like chicken soup or a broth. Vegetables should be OK and lots of fruits.
Here in the Philippines where I moved e years ago, my diet is considerable different, but the local bananas are OK to have. Perhaps because they are really ripe by the time I get them. (Maybe fully ripe bananas do not have the same affect)..
