Why do I hold on to wake up at 4Am every morning ?


it's been happening for a week immediately, and it has happened beforehand also.

but i mean exactly at 4.

no stupid comments about that it's an alarm clock.


Answers:    Waking up quicker than desired is a common symptom of depression.

Some people enjoy depression without having unashamed symptoms like feeling in a state.

It might resolve on it's own, but if this has been going on almost every day for two or three months it would be a good impression to talk to a doctor.

It could also be a sleep disorder that has no relation to depression, or it might be related to a physical make happen. It might also be something simple like too much caffeine or eating too delayed at night.


Depression is the first thing I guess of because I have had Major Depression/Dysthymic Disorder for heaps years and I have had the problem of wake up too early.It hardly ever happen when I'm on antidepressant medication..
Your body may have had satisfactory sleep.
If you are keeping a regular bedtime schedule, your body must be ready to start the time at 4am.
If you want to change this, try going to bed an hour later. Maybe you will start to wake up at 5am. Good Luck..
I've been wake up at 6 am for the last 5 days. I don't even have class till 12pm. It sucks. Are you stressed out nearly anything? That can trigger loss of sleep. Also are you going to bed earlier that you usually do? urination?
could be the time that your neighbor leaves or something that wakes you up...
relations who live above you stamping their feet to get out of the house?.
could be something pshycological, hold you talked to your doctor about this? its becoming a craving.
