Why do I be aware of worn out, spent, and achy after exercize?
So recently I started walking again, power wakling, some exercize, things I can pedal, and I afterwards I felt initially full of energy and hyper almost, manic, which is not the best intuition in the world, but its energetic,
but afterwards I felt tired, spent, worn out, like i in recent times..ran a marathon.
Why do I discern like this? did I overdoit? Or is it just my body getting put money on into shape.
Is this a good thing or a unpromising thing?
Answers: overall its a good article. when you exercise, you get endorphins, which cause you to own more energy, and since you haven't worked out in a while, your body wasn't used to it which is why you feel manic. Then, you felt tired because your body isn't used to the exercise, and is just building muscle.
