I was hungry so I ate bits of rice crackers & drank 2 cups of coffee & a cup of water afterwards. Later surrounded by the evening I had a tummy ache so I took a shower & feel dizzy. Way later in the evening I go vomit but nothing came out a short time ago some clear liquid it with a couple of steaks of red surrounded by the liquid, I didn't eat anything red? could it be that it be blood. I took some mylanta & it helped a bit & later I feel sick again w/the worst tummy ache I got up & be dizzy.

sometimes our stomaches have delayed recoil to things

i once took some zinc pill and about nighttime some coughdrop to stop the cold, three hours later i woke up beside disgusting taste in my mouth and a moment ago threw up instantly LOL

so it might have been something you ate the light of day before and hen all the coffee and rice cracker in recent times didn't agree =).
