Why cant i hurry lacking inkling dizzy or wobbly?
- i get dizzy next to it lasting for A DAY!
- i get wheezing even with breatheing techniques
what could this be?
i am 24 , contained by good shape, 115 , and i eat ably and I am active...but jogging..is out
Answers: It sounds resembling you may have heart problems. There have be a lot of cases recently where on earth someone who is athletic and fit ends up dying from a workout because they didn't know they had heart problems. I would definitely check near your doctor, this may be a serious health issue..
Are you drinking enough dampen? drink plenty of fluids before you exercise as poor hydration before exercise regularly leads to nausea and dizziness. You should also drink water every 15 minutes during exercise to hold on to up with fluid losses and after you exercise.
If you are only starting to merely jog, it is important to build up tread and distance gradually. Doing too much too soon can result in nausea and dizziness. Also, manufacture sure you are fueling up properly before you exercise.
If none of the above help you may want to form sure you are getting enough B12 in your diet as it can also rationale your symptoms..
