im 22 years old and in abiding areas of my face hair doesnt grow!
for example, i can grow a mustache underneath my nose but i cant extend it towards my chin (through the sides of my mouth).

Also, i dont have hackle on the sides of my jaw!

I really want to grow a gangsta like shave but i cant!
