Why am I other so tired?
I eat healthy (vegetarian), I exercise, I carry
7-8+ hours of sleep a night, I spend like 6 hours a darkness doing homework (which is stressful, blame my teachers...)
But I'm ALWAYS exhausted after school
Answers: Perhaps you are not getting adequate complete protein unless you get it from eggs or dairy products.
If you are a vegan (no eggs, no dairy products and no meat) you stipulation to combine the incomplete protein in bread, cereals and pasta (that are low contained by the essential amino acid lysine) with the incomplete protein surrounded by beans, peas, lentils and nuts (that are low in the essential amino acid methionine) to seize your complete protein containing adequate amounts of ALL the 8 essential amino acids that make up complete protein.
Without protein complementing you might maybe be deficient in complete protein.
Perhaps you might need to investigate a web search for lacto-vegetarian + "health hazards".
To be a vegetarian at your youthful age is not recommended as you need plenty of complete protein for mundane growth. Girls usually stop growing at 15 and boys at 18..
Teens are almost always tired.
It is part of anyone human.
But.
I would try and get a bit more sleep.
I would try and meditate to put the mind/body/heart in a better place. this does not own to be fancy.
and I would count calories and look at the protein count of your diet. Vegetarians often do not get satisfactory complete protein and often not enough cals..
Sounds close to you need more sleep. 7-8 hours serves some people, but for others, it's not ample. it is just school, institution is boring i was like that and later when i got out of school i wouldnt be tired anymore
