Why am I other fluently stiff?
Answers: Find an outlet for any possible stress you may not even be aware of- take 10 minutes or so respectively evening to write in a journal, for example (you can even find one online, such as www.diaryland.com).
You could try taking up meditation or relaxation (Google relaxation Mp3s)...you can do these things since bed at night, or when you just stir up, even as you're lying in bed. It can help tremendously to cart a few minutes of your day to completely relax and think of nil...it's refreshing, and makes for a nice way to start and/or shutting your day, free of stress (which helps throughout the rest of the afternoon!)
Yoga is another option- I like this one because it would help not just mentally, to de-stress, but it would work your muscles a little to help next to the tenseness.
Something else that may help is a technique called the "61 point relaxation technique". A straightforward version of this is to tense adjectives of the muscles in your body, and then relax them, one by one (starting next to toes/feet...then legs...then belly...etc.) This is a good thing to do paired near a "relaxation" session. It might help with your standard "tense" feelings.
Good luck :).
Think about everything. Anything that might stress you? If so, stir fix it. May be you just need to relax a bit.. Do something sweet you haven't done for a long time.
Good Luck.
