Whats a pious style to relieve stress?


im soo stressed how should i relieve stress.. Got any good ways??


Answers:    i was matching way. I did few things: i took a bubble bath and made sure th ewater fairly hot. then i made myself a glass of thaw out milk and listened to my IPOD but all relaxing music and contained by th emorning i took a walk. I turned off my cell phone for four hours and simply retutned important phone calls. I stayed within PJ's all day and did nil but take care of my children-fed, bathed and they be very happy because for th efirst time they be able to watch TV adjectives day. My stress level decrease not gone but better than before..
go for a hike, exercise, take a bath, meditate, appropriate a xanax (no, just kidding), talk roughly speaking what is stressing you out, get a punching bag and whip the * out of it, or use a pillow, just make sure not a soul is watching, yell as loud as you can into a pillow...or the old rage way...SAY A PRAYER!! The best way I enjoy found is to take a hot bath, NO interruptions, candles, music if you approaching, and just relax. It seems to work for me. Also, simply to be in a quiet room next to very little sound,eg: river fountain, radio that plays sounds such as waterfall,etc..
I've noticed that attacking and torturing the source of your stress help me immensely.

But there are other less Klingon ways of relieving it..
Find a devout movie pop some popcorn get ur drink and relax if thats not for u talk to a friend or trusted one nearly whats bothering u Exercise! Nothing beats it! Not only does it relieve stiffness, but it releases endorphins (sorry can't find the spelling), which will put you in a good mood adjectives day.

6 (intake), 8 (hold), 9 (release). Intake air while counting to 6 second. Hold breath for 8 seconds. Release air while counting to 9 second. Do this 4 times in a row. Throughout the day do 3 more cycles of 4. Total: 16 cycles every hours of daylight (4 cycles of 4).
