What to do just about one drowsy?
Lately it seems that my mind has be performing poorly, but my body is fine. It feels like I am drunk and I can't chew over straight at all. This usually last for in the order of a week and then I am back to regular. It happens once every three months...What could be wrong?
Answers: My sleep cycles are off so I step through this type of thing sometimes.
Watch your diet. Processed foods, alcohol and meat will affect your moods. I notice that burgers from persuaded places make me feel out of the ordinary, I have no idea why.
Exercise and grasp plenty of sunlight.
When you start to feel down, read a self-help book such as The Secret or a book by Joe Vitale. It will boost you up.
Drink lots of water and grasp lots of fresh air, near the the deep or in the mountains preferably.
Stay positive. The one thing you can control is your state of mind. Think roughly speaking your goals and good things.
