What steps can I do to make over my behavior?


I have been notice a lot of things about my customs that really bother me.
-I'm passive agressive
-I waste an incredible ammount of time
-I don't do the things I have need of to do, or the things I want to do
-I am very self-centered in my existence, and I forget there are people around me
-I can be extremely self-destructive, mentally, physically, socially. In just about every nouns of my life.

I just turned 18, and I realize that I am not the person I thought I was. I haven't be active in my coaching and I went from the top 10% to pretty much average. I have no social duration. I have poor physical health. etc. The catalogue just goes on. I requirement a total life makeover.

Any suggestions?


Answers:    You sound close to a normal teenager to me!
Your body and mind hold been going thru lots of changes.It is majority to do all of those things at your age. It bothers you because you are starting to mature and are starting to have delusions differently.

It is the best all around information that I have found available and is in actuality fun to read.

You can also make a list of the things you would resembling to do differently, or change, and then lug one thing at a time and work on it.
Start with your vigour and be sure you get enough sleep. Eat as nutritious as you can. Drink water. Move. Walking is free, easy and flawless for your body and mind.
Take a class in something you really love.
Volunteer somewhere where you would discern most comfortable.
Give yourself time. Don't look back at what you did or didn't do. Only focus on now. What do you really want to do immediately.
And start taking steps to accomplish some of those things. The more you accomplish the better you will feel.

Get a bible and start reading Proverbs. Apply what you read within. There is much wisdom in it.
Also (try) not to dwell on the shortcomings you nominated. Instead make a to do list of your responsibilities(plus make a payment read that bible). Keep a copy of the list with you and one where on earth you will see it often. Keep that list contained by your mind. As you get used to your to do list attach to it.
Add things like:
Talk with someone I see as differing of my bad qualities.
Take 30 minute hike each day. (things of this nature)
You might also get hold of something like rainlendar for your computer. It has to do detail and reminders. Set them up with notes to self. Remind yourself to deliberate first and so on. This way even when you are on the computer you will see your efforts.
