What should I bring for the public speech?

I'm not a shy guy but yesterday I was chosen to do a public speech next week and honestly I consistency a little nervous because I've not done that past (but I'm not shy in class at all)

Is there any protected medication that could help? I heard something like beta flockers and Benadryl

Any ideas ?

Answers:    Medication in this covering is not the answer really dear. It will make you calm sure but it may also kind you "drifty" and look like a fool.

As an experienced public speaker I can tell you that we adjectives have a bit of the willys sometimes. The best thing to do is only go up there and "act" similar to you are a pro. Smile nice and don't focus on one face but instead look around the audience without really focus on anyone. It will be aware of fake but it works! Each person think you are looking at them and it actually gives you more confidence because they reimburse attention to what you are saying.

Command the audience's attention by speaking clearly and firmly. Do not rush everything together and try not to make it too long or you'll bore them.

Another tip is to PRACTICE what you will say-so at least 10 times. Less mistakes over words this way! Do it surrounded by front of a mirror so that you can see how you'll look!

Best of luck, it gets easier the more you do it!
