What is wrong beside me?


When ever i run 75 meters or more, i seem to become out of breath. I am not overly weak. I am not overweight but i am not skinny either. If I keep running when I am totally wheezing, I feel like my legs are on automatic and also that I am going to tip out over and burst out bawling for no apparent reason. Once I regain my breath, I discern light-headed and have a headache for the next hour. I other have the sad and depressed sensation until someone cheers me up. Help me! What is wrong?


Answers:    You don't necessarily hold to be out of shape to tire quickly from running or other exercise. It sounds approaching you just don't have much stamina. If it make you sick, try jogging short distances to start and work your way up to jog long distances. You'll build more stamina and be out running before you know it..

having those feelings of almost to fall over would depress me..
You just don't own good cardio. If you are trying to improve it, you are pushing too far if you are getting these side effects.
