What is the safest and most influential non-prescription sleep aid that a natural developed can use?

Anyone have an opinion on this?

And a second related ask... what's the best *prescription* sleep aid out there?

Thanks

Answers:    melatonin. it is a naturally occurring hormone surrounded by your body so taking it isn't really bad for you and helps you sleep.
Try Traditional Medicinal's "Nighty Nite" or Celestial Season's "Sleepytime" teabags:
Contain passionflower, catnip, hops, chamomile, spearmint

Melatonin crude hormone...take as follows: 1st nite 3mg.; 2nd nite 2mg; 3rd nite 1mg; 4th nite none;...repeat. This is to have your own melatonin see in...don't take same every nite otherwise your own melatonin might not be produced.

Prescription: Anti-anxiety meds: Xanax, Klonopin,
Sleep meds: Ambien, Sonata, Lunesta (nonbenzodiazapines)
Rozerem (Melatonin Agonist)
Long acting: Restoril
Trazadone

I suggest you bring them prescribed by psychiatrist vs. GP.
Melatonin works quickly, but it can give some ancestors nightmares.

Whatever you do, don't take Ambien, it has dismal side effects for some people.

Chamomile tea is a soothing evening drink that helps you relax..
Eating some dried cherries (rich surrounded by melatonin) an hour before bedtime is supposed to help.

Hopefully you won't requirement any prescription medication..
either melatonin or tylenol pm which is acetametaphine and benadryl. kava
