Answers: Unlike the other answers, I'm going to guess you're using a common euphemism for, all right, poo.
Ideally it should be chesnut brown and fairly firm. Not too hard and not too soft.
A fair diet with plenty of fibre will give support to you achieve this. A lot of fruit will make your poo rather soft and possibly a little runny, a lot of protein will form it darker and harder.
Really the 'quality' of poo is often down to the individual, and people's poo can redeploy dramatically within a few weeks depending on what they're eating. Most types of poo aren't incentive for alarm, I myself have produced sloppy pale poo and rock-hard dark balls while other feeling perfectly fit and athletic.

If there is constantly undigested bits, next it's not good. The consistency really depends on what you eat and drink. You want to not taken your bowels consistently and that means eatings lots of fiber-rich foods. Hard stool means high-protein foods but that also channel the waste remains in your body longer and thus, the body would hold back some into the body. That being said, best that it's soft but not runny. If you want to know how long the spend remains in your body, drink fresh beet juice and minute how long before the waste turns red and remain red. i would reccomend that you do it duplicate way that the computer does it, with a flat bottom. the curved #2 is also a wealth "Q" in cursive and that can be confusing. but it is really a matter of belief..
there really isn't an ideal shape for the #2 some race like it flat at the bottom some like it curved depends on your aroma.
