What is most successful remedy when it comes to sun burns?
Answers: aloe vera cream...the best entity is putting sun screen on before you jump sit outside.
I am assuming you are more concerned about the redness than the sting but tea in fact helps both. You can make a cool compress taking several regular tea oodles and steeping them in luke warm - cool wet. Soak the compress in the bowl and wring out till it's not dripping. The compress will stain permanently as will any other textile the strong tea water comes in contact beside so be careful. Soothe the burned areas a couple times today and maybe tomorrow if you still own symptoms.
This works better for me and my kids than aloe. I have heard of nation taking a tea bath but this would probably stain your tub and towels.
Aspirin (not tylenol or ibprofen) and plenty of water to drink will assist as well. Stay out of the sun for the subsequent few days and avoid hot showers..
Avoid to go in a highly hot sunny day. If you have to shift outside for any urgent work,then wear a hat or hat on your head(better take a umbrella to cover your whole body).And drink fresh and cool hose maximum 1-2 lt daily(aprox. 10 glass) and use some sun-screen medicated body lotion. And take shower after coming back from your full day work. aloe vera will take rosiness out. extra virgin olive oil will stop peeling. quicker and more repeatedly you apply the better it will be, next time wear sun screen, i'd be more worried something like having a skin cancer cut off your facade leaving a big f u c k -off scar than a bronze sunburn..
