What class of contraceptve do you use?
Answers: I'm been on the Yaz pills for about a year. My cycles are 3-4 days (light), and no bloating and cramps. But for me, its tough trying to catch up if I miss days because i feel nauseated trying to pocket two at one time..
I use Ortho-Novum 777 and I like it. My periods are drastically light and short. I've had no problems beside it. I also used the Depo-Provera shot for about a year and then I have to switch to an oral. The shot was nice though because it was simply every 3 months and I didn't have to remember to take a pill every sunshine. That might be an option. Hope this helped! I don't use any form of BC immediately but I have been on Ortho Evera, Ortho Tri Cyclin Lo and the Depo Shot. Since I enjoy PCOS Polly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome and Endomitriosis I am no linger on any. I liked adjectives of them but did have side affects with adjectives..
I use alesse its great periolds are very regular, ive only get spotting once, i have very lighting and short periods and its pretty good I used alesse for a long time and once I get past the three month getting used to it period it be cool. (I did it before it was cool thanks).
