Weight Gain...Can you back?
Explain...
I am trying to gain atleast 20 lbs. I lost a lot of immensity a few months ago and it has been tricky to get the weight rear legs on. I haven't had much of an appetite. I really want to try and get stern to the size I was so that I can fit back surrounded by my clothes.

i weighed around 125 at the start of the season and now im at around 140
what you want to do is workout 2 or three times a sunshine. If you workout more than you will actually get smaller.
At alike time you will be more hungry and you will have to learn to stuff a great deal of food down your throat. Try protien shakes or even just fruit smoothies. You want to get plentifully of carbs. Becarful with food that keeps you full for a long time close to wheat bread or even banana(not so much banans).
Oh that's easy just smoke some weed and your apetite will increase swiftly. You'll have the munchies in no time.
