Vitamin A query?
i am seeing white specs alot more and had drank in the order of 10-12 servings of orange drink that has 4% vitamin a and 15% vitamin c
this be over a 2-3 day period..
also wondering if anyone on the computer alot can cause white specs?

Sounds like you are seeing floaters which is quite middle-of-the-road and this is not a problem.
To overdose on vitamin A you need a lot more than the small amount that you hold consumed and probably the only way you could overdose would be from vitamin A supplements if you filch too many.
The floaters are not related to normal intakes of vitamin A..
Well, most society get black specks - "floaters" - but white specks are annoying too, I imagine.
It doesn't nouns like a vitamin-A overdose though.
Just get an eye examination, because you're probably normal but worrying will make everything worse..
Blurred daydream can be a symptom of vitamin A toxicity. Although the amount you drank shouldn't be an overdose. It is likely that computer use has given you the spots.
