Answers:    Neosporian (or however you spell it) it will stop infection
-After when you are by yourself get some actual scar cream to formulate them less noticable and almost gone. I use something called "mark zone" it made them almost unnoticable! :]

Try using a product like Germolene's New Skin,you paint it on to the wound and it dries similar to a skin and it's also antiseptic,,it's really good You could try mederma or neosporin. One question (if not too personal), why do you own scars that might get infected?
