Answers:    I find that drinking chamomile tea helps. You can try taking a Tylenol PM if you feel comfortable doing that. I find that putting on a outlook sound tape such as a thunderstorm, precipitation, or ocean sound CD make me fall asleep quicker. I work nights so I do things approaching that to help me sleep. Don't watch any word before bed and lay off caffeine untimely in the day.

try staying up for 24 hours and then youll be really tired when you want to go to sleep. Its harder than it sounds i have to do it twice but i was worse, i was noctornal. (i would turn to sleep at 9 o'clock in the morning) Just try it. Or wake up impulsive in the mornin like 6 and everynight you'll stir to sleep a little bit earlier. But it take a while before you get to sleep at the right time. the golden rule - tire yourself out! we repeatedly dont. our mind is exhausted, but not our body. thanx to modern living. get a pedometer and take 10,000 steps everyday. or pick up a exercise regime you close to.

valerian root really helps relax me taje it like at 7-8 and by 9 - 9:30 im nodding and i sleep similar to 6- 7 hours feel like ive slept a week. cjhs I get that problem too...
