Answers: being competent to run for more than 10 minutes without almost dying due to a lack of breath lol.
There is no fixed answer to answer. It all depends on the situation or standards that need to be met.
Each branch of the US Armed Forces respectively have their own standards. Usually they are catagorized by age, then a persuaded phsyical unduring event that must be acommplished.
For example in the Army, a guy within the age of 17-21 must be capable of run 2 miles within 15 minutes & 54 seconds, do 42 push ups and 53 sit ups to be considered "physically fit"
Many numberous other job can require certain physical standads also such a fire departments. Recruits must be able to get a heavy water hose up so masses flights of stairs.
How about a triathalon? You have to finish respectively segment in a certain amount of time to be considered physically fit..
To me, it funds being able to doing something athletic or requires work in need having much problems, and also being above the average human anyone.
