I have bad allergies, i live within East Texas. Pollen, Trees, Molds you name it we got it here. pollen is everywhere my motor is now yellow (was red) because of so much pollen. I cant run ANY meds for my allergies. I'm really sensitive to it, it makes me super tired. and i have to be wide-ranging awake for my job (Vet Assistant). so please dont suggest any medication (even it is in Non-Drowsy) Now, I've hear that a spoonfull of local "grown" honey can help relive allergies. because it has your local pollen contained by it, and you build up an immunity. is this true? it makes since if you deem about it. But what else could i try, just not an iota medication?

hi i read that to, but next i read its not ture as pollen sticks to peoples clothes so if you talk to people from different areas they will enjoy different pollen to you.they did say something else but i have forgotten it sorry.don.t know what you can try really ask you docs if nearby is a injection you can take twice yearly im sure i hear there is .hope this helps and travel to netdoctor.co.uk they might have some ideas
