Tips for staying awake adjectives hours of darkness...?


So I was at work from 4pm Friday til 3 pm Saturday (today) came home took a 3 hour doze and have to go vertebrae to work at 10:30 tonight til about 2 or 4 tomorrow. (Two different jobs) I had to do it, long story, but the query is how in the world am I gonna stay awake and be smiling and cheerful? I hate coffee but I drank it this morning and it help a little, so what's better than coffee?


Answers:    have a sleep for as long as you can, when you wake up have a couple of red bulls. you'll be right once your at work.
It is really not terrifically good or safe for your to hold your body up on that little of sleep. That said I understand the circumstances, protiens is good and later always sugars is a nice touch. PBJ is a great sandwitch it has protiens as resourcefully as sugars. Hope that helps no dos, v, redbull anything with caffiene within it
go to sleep now until close to an hour before you have to confer on, so you can wake up properly, splashing your face near cold water helps deeply for me to.
tea might help..it contains caffeine

You might be tempted to rob sodas due to caffeine, but realise that sodas caffeine content is almost negligible compared to tea or coffee

Try red-bull, sobe, gatorade, or any energy drink..
Try 5 hour vim drinks or any energy drink (redbull) along with some apples, try and hold yourself amused, and keep moving. candy, soda, candy, chocolate, candy, sleep alday, and did i mention candyand think around funny smily things \_/ haha.
Cat naps ... mountain dew always help me stay up for a LONG time!
