ok so i just found out that i have a cist on my nouns bone, you can barely tell its nearby but you can feel it and its slightly annoying. i can get surgery to hold it removed or leave it there to see if it ever go away. im concerned about the scar it would check out of with surgery but i dont want an annoying little bump either. what do you suggest?
