Stomach cramps after excerise?


After I go running or do any rigourous exercise I get these herendous stomach cramps. I turn dizzy and can't see, my balance goes stale and I feel sick. The pain finishing for about 45 mins to an hour, with nought but time making the pain better.
Im thinking about going to the doctor going on for it but I wanted to know what you guys thought first.

Originally I thought it might be 'shock syndrome' because my body can't cope with that much exercise surrounded by one go. But now Im not so sure.

Answers:    It's normal, you'll get over it soon...i used to receive that alot too..one time i nearly fainted

however it might be due to the lack of soft and sugar. Pay your nearest physician a visit.
My guess would be that this is due to dehydration (not having ample fluids in your system before you start exercising).

It could also be that you haven't have enough to eat.

The worst pains I get from exercise was when I went running when I be thirsty from the start.

If you get a stomach cramp slow down slightly. If you get dizzy I would reccomend slowing down alot or stopping if crucial.

You could also ask you doctor if it is bothering you.
