Answers: Use Chloraseptic throat spray, it's in a bunch of flavors and can be bought over the counter. In certainty, that's what my doctor usually recommend so I just go and bring that stuff. I do it slightly different and gargual that stuff, it feels even better. Do that a few times and you'll feel better.
Get honey candy and any candy for soar throats they work wonders. Usually cvs and any chinese supermarket for the honey candy. I prefer the honey candy result in they have it with only honey not the chemical/medicine stuff. They are all good though.
Try drinking herbal teas, and wear a scarf! (Providing it's cold and squally.).
it is sore throat . take hot fluids, complete voice rest and drugs like antibiotics and anti inflammatory. gargle saline water trust me it helps
