Slump-like posture?
Okay, I'm going to try to describe this as best as I can. I am very much into weight lifting...I've be doing it since I was about 14 years mature or so. Basically, when I turn sideways and look in the mirror...the muscles (the ones that move when you move your arms) on my upper back 'slump' down or stick out some. That's my 'normal' posture that feel comfortable. However, its sort of the muscles/bones...depending on what I'm doing. If I move my arm as if pulling back the arrow on a bow an arrow...then the bone essentially sticks out of my upper back several inches, on the arm that would be pulling back. I don't know if this is in recent times because I'm a little underweight or what. It has other done that, and my peers thought it was rather unnatural. Both sides 'slump' like this...and I can't figure out if this is 'normal' or what? Anyone?
Answers: You entail to stretch you shoulders back. You have lift pulling your shoulders forward and down. Grab a bar one you would do pull ups on and stretch. Then when you stand gain into the habit of pulling your shoulders back. Chest out shoulders vertebrae neck straight..
