Sleep problems.

i am sudying for my ASlevels exams and i always go to bed belatedly at night because of studying or homework. i find it really hard to draw from up in the morning any advice

Answers:    i know wot u be going to, i'm A2 sleep at 12am, up (a) 6:30am
put your alarm clock away from your bed, so u can't reach it but close enuf so that u can still hear it and put a ded annoying/embarrassing song on so that you'll want 2 turn it off and 2 turn it opff, u hav 2 receive up, and splash your face with rime cold water wen u wake up, other works 4 me.
i know that sum ppl will say go 2 bed before but sumtimes u just can't because of studying or homework..
Plan your revision so you dont have any after eleven pm.
At partly past ten turn off any electronic equipment - tvs, music, laptop, laptop etc - anything distracting.
Go through pre-bed rituals - cleaning teeth, cleansing etc.
Go to bed, turn on classical music if you can bear it
Et voila - after a while you'll get to sleep as soon as you stir to bed :)

Baths before bed are also good :)

As for the morning.. you only just have to DO it! THere's not much of a way around it.. Good luck beside the AS's - ive got GCSEs soon! xxx
