im idea very nausiated. and have vomited.

Im tired and finding myself going to plummet asleep or having to drag myself around.

I have this particularly white discharge.

Feeling dizzy. may have slight temperature.

My mucles hurt.
all over.

stomach cramps...

Please help. whats wrong?

Answers:    this can be oodles things, if the vomit persist too long go to the hospital I not sure in the order of the white discharge, but definetly get it seen nearly tomorrow. It could be food poisoning.
