If someone dies, and they have a great head of pelt, would it be possible to transplant the scalp of their cadaver onto the scalp of a living person?

I think this would be a great channel to cure balding if it was possible to perform this procedure effectively, and if the fleece actually grew on the head of the human being who received the transplant.

I want to know, is this kind of medical procedure possible? And would the hair from the transplanted scalp grow on the manager of the person who received the transplant?
