I have a probably nickel sized growth on the left of my rear towards the bottom of my rib cage. It is slightly sensitive to the touch and has be their for a couple weeks now.

It may also be worth noting that lymphnodes bringing up the rear my ears have been rock-hard and I assumed completely swollen for several months.

Is there something worth checking out... most importantly what could that "growth"/lump be?
