"Feels approaching I own aged years", own you feel this route, what provoked it?

and stress from work and stress from parent's bad health and just found out wife has a disease that will render her blind contained by several years.
Strangely enough despite my troubles I can still look around the world and find people that hold it worse off than me.
Life is just but a dream.

Sharing troubles does make them easier, glad you feel better! Usually too much wine the darkness before makes me be aware of aged and horrid! I have a very laid fund approach to parenting, I only have the one, and it works, low breaths and reminding myself how lucky I am that my daughter is not the little devil I was at her age.10. and counting my lucky stars! wen i see my self, necked in public shower, i look my breast and i compare to the Yong 20 Lady's and i see it crumble because i`m 35! And i get the impression old wen i do the comparison..
Grief but I keep myself busy.
I believe contained by having a really good cry, to clear out the clutter :)
