Questions roughly speaking sleep?

A couple of questions I suppose..

How many hours of sleep is one supposed to achieve per night? (If it's dependent on age, at 15)
Does one or two hours less than this reccommended amount thing much?
Does it matter WHEN these hours take place? I parsimonious, if one went to bed around 3 am, then get up late morning/midday, would this make a difference, health-wise?

Asking these question because I've been told I don't sleep enough...though I get 10 hours last night..heh, ably, 2.15 am 'til 12..quite by accident, I required to get up at 9.. :/

The effects of lack of sleep are simply physical, aren't they?

Answers:    For a 15 y/o, you should be sleeping around 8 hr or so. +/- 2 hrs on average.
It is good to sleep at night when it is murky since thats when your body produces the growth hormones and other hormones too.
If i remember correctly, its around 3 or 4am till 6am or so. (do not quote me on that) thats when your body makes the most Certain hormones.
If you sleep 10 hrs, you are getting enough..
yeah.
you'll only just yawn alot aha,
im 13, but i only need 10 at the most, 7 at the smallest.
sometimes i find, 10 makes me more tired!, and 8 feels around right.
thats the recommended amount anyway.
It just means your body wont be up to anything to confrontational the next day, but after you just get an rash sleep that night :)
xx.
Teens need 9-10 hours a hours of darkness...every night.

And no, the effects of lack of sleep are not individual physical. They can be mental as well..
