Please how do i seize six pack ?


ok im 14 and i want to get 6 packs up to that time i go into the tenth grade and iv be doing crunches like 50 a day but im accumulation ten more , im trying to do 100 crunches a day when do you think i can take them what are some other ways to get them iv been doing this for a week very soon i think im seeing them form a bit

If you really want to work your abs, walk purchase one of those giant, inflatable balls from target or wherever, consequently do crunches on top of one, reclining back former where you ordinarily could if you were on the floor. Then do sit-ups where on earth you touch your left elbow to your right knee and vice versa, do closely of leg lifts, do push ups, perhaps train on a punching sack, et cetera. im a 14 year old girl and i did 300 crunches a sunshine for a month. now i have a 4-pack...lol. but it individual shows when i flex (its getting close to permantantly showing now that ive started doing them again). guys dont have to work too thorny to get a 6-pack. continue next to ur crunches but add more variety to them. for example, do V-sits, full-sit ups, bicycle crunches, side-to-sides, side crunches, planks...etc. (you can look these up on youtube). remember to do them slowly! you'll own nice abs in no time :D Not only you inevitability to do crunches but cardio too. You see, you might already have tight abs but since your belly has excess weight, you don't see hem. S run every morning and don't eat junk food so that one and only muscles show up on your stomach.

Make sure you are doing crunches from both side as well. Side crunches.

Also, make sure you are doing leg lift to get the lower abs.

Limit fats from your diet..
Just bust your (a)ss and step on for about a few weeks and they should start. Just go for it at your convinence and dont push too unyielding because you could strain.
