The 'jerks' your experiencing could be due to anxiety. If your worrying nearly the dizziness and frightened that your going to have MS then I would conjure up that your anxiety levels are sky high right presently. Getsome exercise to improve your blood circulation and eat regular meal (to help prevent any dizzy spells) as well as draw from proper sleep and you may find that the 'jerking' movements dissapear by themselves.
