am suffering from withdrawal symptoms, i take antidepressent, also am a recovering food user, and am very positive that i can get through adjectives this.

but. the days are so long, how can i make the feel smaller number painfull?


Answers:    Can you find something interesting enough to divert your thinking from it? The mind can only dwell on one article at a time, you need something to divert your thinking to. Maybe helping another person or giving service.

You can quarrel it! Go outside, to a park, bring a pear and some juice or something thats a fruit, sniff some nice fresh air, read an interesting book while listen to some relaxing music, then place the pear in front of you sand when your hungrey, disagree it. Slap your self if you think your going to give into your cravings. Or a moment ago take a nice long nap.And guzzle nice portioned meals, and no snacks. I think it might facilitate to keep yourself busy, maybe try some creative hobbies - this is also a great method for self-expression and relaxation. Paint, draw, sculpt... anything!
Exercise can also assistance to keep you focussed on something other than what your going through. Exercise increases endorphins - these fashion you happy!.
Start jogginging and getting your mind trained to a better body. If you cant jogg right now later walk. Train the mind correctly and the body will submit.
