Answers:    Its un likely you will die. the busy ingredient in Nytol is Diphenhydramine which is fairly safe and sound. Don't take any more and don't drink any alcohol. I would normally insist on going to a hospital, but I'm assuming you are using the pills in an attempt to alter conscious.
