Answers: how old is your daugther? how does the rash look like? and where is it? you could give her benadryl low mg (10mg or 5mg) and there is benadryl in gel to put on if itchy, and by some chops to clean the area, and Caladryl is a crean good for that to. go to walgreens man! don't wait go.
How old is your daughter? If she is older, you can use a hydrocortisone cream. benedryl or if diaper rash antibiotic ointment.
need more info. what does the rash look like? does it have bumps or is it flat? how big is it? is it warm to the touch?
