My body cannot fiddle with stress anymore?
Answers: Stress clearly affects our bodies! And it can have a damaging affect on them indirectly. I have a doctor tell me once that our bodies are like buckets of hose. The water represents our energy or strength / resources for any given daytime. The water (a) the bottom 1/2 of the bucket goes towards our physical desires. The next 1/4 of water go towards our mental needs and the final 1/4 goes towards our excited needs. As the daily stresses of existence occur or if we aren't replenished through rest, sleep, healthy diet & lifestyle, and repose ("re-creation"), and healthy relationships then the hose down gets reduced from the top of the bucket. So if you don't have satisfactory energy to deal next to the stress of life, you're body will focus on addressing your physical requests (survival) first, mental second and whatever's left over goes towards your heartfelt needs.
If you're already feeling niggle in your body from stress, that's your body saying you're overdoing it and you want to cut back so your bucket can be replenished.
Try and reduce as much stress contained by your life as possible - starting with the things that are taking from you emotionally. And work on building your body's requests up with sleep, healthy diet, etc. Also getting around race that don't drain you so much emotionally but focus on people who can help deposit the appropriate things into you - like grace and love and affirmation and acceptance, etc. - a devout growth group or support group. People that are true friends.
And remember it's not a sin to take responsibility for YOUR needs..
Yes, it can. It can even provide you ulcer's. Maybe you should check with you're family doctor to find out if an carbuncle is the cause of the pain. I've be there and the Dr. gave me a prescription medication for it, It help immensly. Also, if you think you are emotionally unstable, you could try consulting a couselor in you're nouns. Sometimes just talking to a counselor can back you deal with stress. I'm not a Dr., I'm a short time ago giving you advice :D

But it's deffinitely possible for stress to have that impact on your body. People who are overwhelmed next to stress constantly, often get different side effects. You could other go to the doctor, but he's probably going to give you some pills, or something and read aloud "Stay out of stressful situations."
Stress wont do serious damage to the body, unless you start feeling depressed, and not get through, or do self harm. Because everyone is stressed at points. This is just your time ... But you'll go and get through it. :).

Attribute adjectives your successes and failures to GOD,then you will be free from adjectives your worries and depression since you are not responsible for them.If you want to remain happy compare yourself from others who are less fortunate than you next to regard to money,bussiness,position fame,attractiveness etc.,and be contented.Then you cannot have worries. you might want to check if you have any allergies or digestive issues--i've other gotten sick (stomachaches, diarrhea, lack or excess of appetite) whenever i'm nervous or stressed and i newly found out i'm gluten intolerant. if you have some sort of digestive disorder, stress will only aggravate it and it's best to know as soon as possible..
The simply way yo get rid of stress is to live surrounded by order. In other words, don't leave things undo that need to be done. Need to pay a bill? Pay it. Need to nouns the diswasher, do it now. Need to apologize to someone? Do it now.
Remove from your enthusiasm undone things.
Simply live in lay down, do what you need to do everyday.

Yes absolutly. Stress causes all types of problems including (sorry if I startle you) cancer. You need to start meditating and possibly see a counseler. Maybe take some suppliments that helps beside stress. Go to a health food store and ask whats good. In dealing near stress, the lifestyle needs a complete overhaul.
