My 3 year mature don is hallucinating please aid?
My son is 3, he have been in bed for a few hours, and of late woke up, freaking out, screaming saying a lady be in his room. He did not reconise me fopr a few mins.
I just brought him within the living room, and his temp is 38.8'C is this a normal temp. he feels hot. And i am a bit concerned, as he seem distant. he has never been this opening, or ill ever

Answers: No, 38.8'C is a giant temperature. This is likely to be what is cause the hallucinations and him being a bit "distant". You call for to give him some paracetamol (tylenol) to bring his temperature down. Keep an eye on him and if he seem really unwell, then call the doctor..

hi, I wouldnt madness to much. normal temp is 37 i believe so your sons isnt that high. he have probably just had a dream, my daughter commonly dreams and calls out in her sleep. His temp is not common, give him the appropriate dose of Calpol if you have it to bring down his temp. If he remains sick, then I would consider taking him to the hospital. You can never be too careful near a child that has such a high temp. Try to hold on to calm for his sake. Good luck..
If you can't get your GP, nick him to A&E yourself. That's 101.84 Farenheit, or in other words, a fever. You should probably steal him to a doctor.
Try to calm down and be rational. He could enjoy been having a nightmare, and he might not own recognized you because of his fever. Illness also make one distant.
No illness ever also points to a fever, because he'll hold no immunity..
thats a high temp and at his age he is plausible to have febrile convulsions which is a fit due to hish temperature, help yourself to him to A&E immediately please for his sake and your peace of mind
by the way body heat for your sons age should be 36-37 degrees celcius anything of 38 and above is considered a high temp
