Mental sickness?

i suffer mental illness and i was wondering who else apart from a pyschatrist and my gp can oblige me cope with my condition better

Answers:    A professional social worker or psychologist who you can see at least once/week.

Just trademark sure you tell your MD & your gp about it. Maybe
you're not using your group to fullest lead. Tell them you don't feel you're getting enough support.

You wouldn't want to split your treatment would you?!?.
A significant other can assist. if you have a g/f or b/f that is supportive, that can be a great soure of support. Siblings and somebody else (from group counseling or any type of social support group you can join) with similar illness.
I reckon as long as you are honest about your situation and you're functional, friends can help as in good health. me email at mydoggcoco(a)gmail.com for help
