Losing shipment for no common sense?


For some reason I have be losing weight drastically throughout the past month. I own dropped from a healthy 15 year old girl who weigh 115 pounds at 5"4, to now weighing 96 pounds. I don't know whats wrong. I drink normally, I don't diet and the pounds just hold on melting off my body. I chomp through like a normal personage, I don't restrict or cut back on any food. I have tried to put the mass back on by eating lots and lots of food. I will snack repeatedly and drink milkshakes daily to help me put on substance. I will also give my self big portions of food at dinner. But I still keep on losing consignment. Is there something wrong with me? Because I'm sort of upset...I don't want to end up weighing similar to 60 pounds by the end of the year. My friends and family are also worried. They judge I have Bulimia and Anorexia, but I don't. I have never ever made myself sick after a suppertime and I love food! Should I go see a doctor? Do I have a serious medical condition? Please give support to.


Answers:    It might not be a problem of how much your are eating but maybe you are not intake the right kinds of foods.

I would definitely see a doctor first to build sure you are not sick. I'm not sure what would cause extreme weight loss but I'm sure they will know how to do something for you.

If he thinks there is nil wrong I would see a Nutritionist to see what kind of diet would be best for you.

(To the person below me, I know she does not want a diet in the sense that she needs to devour less...but perhaps might involve to eat certain foods that will serve her gain weight...I did read the question).
i would go see a doctor but i know someone who have crones (dont know how you spell it) and they lost weight even if they ate lots so i would get see by a doctor, i weigh that much but i do restrict my food so i dont know :/ hope you get better :) You need to see a doctor. They will run bloodwork on you. Being that limited isn't good. Certainly, something isn't right.

eat more fruit
drink fresh liquid
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink organic water

eat more salad
obedient sleep

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you highly hungry. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eat at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable. Salad near fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail liquid, soup cream cauliflower. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken. Garlic flavor string bean. Salad green French.
