It starts while I'm sleeping and the pain is so bad that it wake me up and I can't get back to sleep. It's not nausea, lately a bad aching (and there's no occasion I could be pregnant). When I have breakfast, it gets better, but it still ache a little during the day. I haven't eat or drank or taken anything different...anyone have any ideas? Answers:    It might be somthing you ate or drank the night before. I know when i drink soda or milk the dark before i wake up next to bad stomach cramps the next morning, or enjoy them somtime in the day.
