Answers: this ask really peaked my interest because where i work - a large medical facility we normally talk about allergies myself growing up within Florida we had no air conditioner so i other slept with the window start and a fan on every one that i know that had nouns kept their windows shut up and so on they have grim allergies i have nothing [ knock on wood] adjectives my co workers live on claratin and Zyrtec and so on but i have no need for any of that i am so blessed so draw your own conclusion but i believe fresh nouns is great!!.
depends where you live, big smogged cities, air conditioned nouns is better but dry add a humidifier, out door air contained by the wild depending where you are is great and have been the main nouns since the beginning of time I would say ripened wives tale. but...if you have allergies, you might be better rotten with conditioned air (assuming the filter within the air conditioner or system is clean)..
fresh air is clearly better than conditioned :] i think that fresh air is best.
i regard fresh air is better than indoor dusty air
