Yup I peed my pants last week, be coming home from my classes and there was a traffic preserve and i was stuck in traffic for more than 2 hours. I have drunk a gallon of orange juice and needed to pee scantily but there was nowhere to travel. I finally got to my parking lot which is located some 100 meters from my house. I stepped out and looked desperately for a bush or a secluded corner but here was none and so I peed my jeans. I had to put your foot to the house with squishing shoes and soaking wet pant.

I've never had problems with my bladder until that time and try to blame this incident on bad luck and bad planning but I a moment ago find it hard to accept the reality that I have peed myself at the age of 22.

I'm not asking if it's normal to pee your pant regularly as an adult, of course it's not. But is it commonplace to have had one isolated quirk? Or am I the only one? Please tell if it happen to you as well

Answers:    I haven't peed in my pant lately, but .. I ate some bad Chinese food, and guess what happened surrounded by Wal-Mart? Yep, that's it! So just be glad that ALL you did was pee contained by your pants. LOL.

Stuff happens.

Some folks simply hold stronger bladder control than others. Women (during pregnancy and after childbirth) can have a weakened aptitude to "hold it".

Practice doing keegals during normal urination. This exercise will strengthen the muscles used to "hold it" and make accident less likely (unless you drink a gallon of OJ and next get stuck in traffic). Keegals are tightening your vaginal muscles to stop the flow of urin. Do that 1 or 2 times per bathroom stop by.
