Is it dangerous to laugh while you're eating?

* I was at a restaurant w/ my family and at another table was a group of teens.. They were laughing/eating having a good time and the one girl started chocking. No one in her group knew she was chocking they thought she was "joking" so no one came to her aid... I came over and gave her a the Heimlich maneuver and she was ok... Embarassed but, ok... It sure is. While taking in a breath to laugh, you could end up sucking the food back down your windpipe and choke. The food could end up down in your lungs, go moldy and cause a wicked infection. Try to keep laughing to between bites. Plus no one wants to see the food sitting in your mouth while you laugh. yes it definitely can be - because laughing requires expelling lots of air from your lungs which automatically makes them suck air back in again -quickly and in great volume. If you have food in your mouth and in a vulnerable position, it could easily be sucked into your lungs.
what exactly are you eating yes. you could choke. and even die. ive been hit before. never ever try it.
