If I don't wear my contacts for awhile and also don't wear my eyeglasses then my eyes will start impression strained and look red and irritated. If I wear my glasses my eyes are fine.
I'm not to identifiable with this problem. I dont obligation contacts but one of my friends and uncle wears contacts sometime. According to them they never get red irratated eyes when they don't wear contacts for a while.

I instinctively agree with most of the article. Yes, I suppose that ADD is a real problem for a few children. But save for those few (and I mean one or two out of several hundred), this guy is right on the muzzle.
