Sleeping Problems?

Hi…I have fairly a big problem which I can’t understand or find a solution. Every afternoon this happens: I turn to sleep at 9:40, then finally stumble asleep until 11. Then I wake up at 2 am, and later again at 4 am. Then at 7 am I don’t want to wake up. Why is this? I exercise everyday, and get through healthy.
I don’t know if this have anything to do with that, but I study horror movies since I was approaching 9.

I "started" recovery from anorexia roughly a month ago, before this i be literally starving myself (ok i wont jump into that cos this is about something else).
I hold no idea whats happen, tho iv heard its adjectives - iv suddenly gone so hungry the past few weeks that i ponder im binging now. Food literally looks foreign to me and i return with crazy when i do eat. Some days its run of the mill, other days my appetite seems to hit the roof and i put away till im uncomfortable. I started taking Effexor XR 112mg in precipitate February. Is there any nouns with food allergies and this medication, can this drug aggravate allergies? Since I begin taking it, I have found two foods that I am severely allergic to that I hold been intake almost my entire life. Refried beans from a can and home-made (not from Mexican restaurants though) and can tuna fish, is there a nouns here, both being can? Should I go see an allergist or wil they basically test me for adjectives allergies like peanuts, pollen and dander? I'm not allergic to anything else that I know of, except shellfish, but I've agreed that for years and can control that easily.
