Swollen calf muscle?

I've done both contained by the last two months and my gone leg is getting worse. My left calf muscle is swollen everyday. It go from the top half of my calf to my ankle. When I exercise, it seem to limber up a bit, but when I relax, my whole leg (and foot) get to be the width of my knees. I hadn't been totally concerned until the other darkness when I could barely put your foot. I elevated my leg for over 4 hours and it didn't help. I am calling the doctor tomarrow, but I'm anxious -- have anyone ever experienced this? Is it a pulled muscle? A blood clot? Or am I crazy?I exercise daily, usually running something like 3-4 miles, or biking 10+ miles a day, plus counterbalance training. I'm quite busy and this is not a "new" exercise program.
